I recently undertook a complete overhaul of the Andover Radio website after inheriting a platform that had been crippled by rogue plugins, sluggish load times, and a clunky, outdated design. Rather than patching over the cracks, I rebuilt the site from the ground up, stripping away the broken elements and replacing them with a clean, modern, and fully responsive layout.
