I’ve had the pleasure of working with Caroline and Shannon for almost 20 years — a duo who know how to run a brilliant pub and keep a quizmaster hydrated!
Back in the day when they were at the helm of The Red Lion, I was lucky enough to be their go-to for all things digital and design. I built the pub’s website, crafted the menus, and hosted monthly quiz nights in the bar — some of which even ended with more answers than arguments (a win in pub quiz terms).
Fast forward to now, and the old skittle alley at The Red Lion has had quite the glow-up — it’s now a wonderfully charming holiday accommodation, available for hire. And yes, I built the website for that too!
They’ve built something really special over the years, and it’s been a joy to be part of the journey in my small way.
